Request for Laboratory Testing
To have samples tested by Solum please follow the succeeding 5 steps:
- Print a copy of the "Laboratory Testing Request Form" and fill out completely.
If you are not sure about the type of testing you need done please feel free to call the Laboratory Manager at (403) 250-3035 or
email solum@mts.net
- Make sure the sample ID on the sample container corresponds with the sample ID on the laboratory testing request form.
- Sample containers should have the following information displayed: sample ID, depth, date of sampling, and project number.
- Fax the completed laboratory testing request form to us at (403) 250-3021 or place form with the sample(s).
- Sample(s) may be picked-up, free of charge if located in Calgary. Samples will need to be shipped to the laboratory from
all other locations. Solum will pay for sample shipping with maximum limitation
of 5% of testing order. Please call us before sending samples.
